Field Trip! Second Grade at the Forest Ecology Preserve

The students had a wonderful time learning about ways to be kind to the Earth. We learned about animals including wolves, snakes, turtles, and frogs...even TOUCHED a few snakes! The students learned why it is important not to litter, they planted a seed (pumpkin or sunflower), and made leaf rubbing art!

Veterans Day Program
Tomorrow, Friday, November 9th, is our Veterans Day Program. It will be held at 8:30 am in the multipurpose room. Everyone is invited to share in this day to honor our veterans! Students are asked to wear red, white, and blue!
